Pre-Filter Cartridges :

5 micron poly proplene or sintered bronze particle removal cartridge is normally used as a pre-filter to the micro-coalesors, to protect against gross contamination. Extended cartridge life is best achieved by pre-filtering the air. 

Oil Removal Coalesing cartridge

These cartridge give 1 micron absolute particle cut off. Used ahead of the pre-filter these cartridges are used when required oil concentration is less than 0.05 mg /m3. (i.e. Maximum remaining liquid oil content less than 0.05 mg /m3.)

Fine Oil Removal Coalesing cartridge.
These High efficiency Micro-Coalesors are 99.999% efficient. Capable to deliver 0.1 micron absolute particle cut off & maximum remaining oil content of 0.01 mg /m3, they are available in pleated form which again increases the area of filtration to almost 4 times.

Activated Carbon Cartridge


Designed to deliver 0.005 mg /m3 maximum remaining oil content, these Activated carbon filters remove the odour & vapour from the air stream. Installed after the Micro-Coalesors they are used in areas of critical applications.

Coalescing effect

Siemag range of Std. Housings are housed with a pleated filter element of glass fiber media which eliminate oil & moisture from the compressed air. These are available in two different grades, Mc-01 & Mc-05. Ranging from efficiency of 0.1 micron & oil at 0.05 mg/m3 to 0.1 micron & oil at 0.01 mg/m3, these filters are available in moulded & pleated form. Coupled with a Pre-Filter these can be used in series or singly. These filters cater to all the critical requirements of  filtration in removing liquid & solid contamination from compressed air stream.

Activated Carbon filter
These filters are used for purification of compressed air by removing the oil traces in gaseous form. This specially developed cartridge contains a deep bed of activated carbon media which optimises the air velocity & contact time which after filtration can result in oil levels down to 0.005 mg/m3 Designed for use where environments demand critically clean air. Used extensively in the hygiene, medical & pharmaceutical industries, the quality of air also meets inter- national standards for breathing apparatus.

The incoming air flows from inside to out carrying alongwith it dirt & moist air. This contaminated air is intercepted by the dense borosilicate micro fibre media preventing solid particles & coalesing oil & liquid aerosols which are pushed outwards by the air flow. These aerosols move along the fibres due to the forces of flowing air or gas, coal-escing & forming into droplets. These droplets are intercepted by the foam sock & get drained the base of the cartridge & into the filter base from where it is drained by an auto drain.
