Applications :

The Maxi regulator accurately and precisely controls air line pressure at any set level from 250 PSI down to zero and any flow rate upto 250 SCFM. Variation in either supply pressure or air flow rate has no significant effect on regulated pressure.

The Maxi regulator features a large orifice which allows a flow upto 250 SCFM and a balanced disc ( poppet ) which eliminates effects of supply pressure variations. Also a large free floating piston and seperate piston chamber and aspirator are provided to add sensitivity and minimize regulated pressure drop.

A unique construction feature of the Maxi regulator is the spring cage ( bonnet ) which is fitted with a bayonet lock arrangement for easy servicing or changing of adjustment spring range. In addition, to metallic bonnet with "T" handle.

The wide flow and pressure range of The Maxi regulator plus its many features makes it the perfect choice for general in-plant or OEM applications where a modern, economically priced regulator is required. Just specify the regulator to have the same size pipe port ( inserts ) as the pipe line on which it will be used, and it will be in range for that pipe size ( up to a maximum Flow of 250 SCFM in ¾" and 1" size ).

High and low adjustment range springs, pressure gauges, mounting bracket, panel mounting ring are all available to adapt the Maxi regulator to any application. To protect the control pressure to your downstream equipment, specify the Maxi regulator.
