Lubricator Selection :

1. Determine maximum system flow requirement

2. Determine maximum allowable pressure drop at rated flow in SCFM

3. Refer to flow chart and select Lubricator by choosing curve that offers minimum pressure drop at desired flow in SCFM

Application :
With its automatic by-pass and venturi automization system, Siemag Hi-Flow Series Lubricators provide exceptionally wide range performance. Featured is "Dial-Set" Operating adjustment whereby the oil is easily set to the desired feed rate, whether air supply is on or off. Once the rate is set, the Lubricator automatically compensates for changes in air flow demand. A sight glass gives visual indication of the oil drop rate.

With this wide operating range, the   HI-Flow Series Lubricator is perfect for any in-plant or OEM application between 2 and 400 SCFM.
